Emails sent to many hotmail and yahoo accounts get returned to us as 'undeliverable - mailbox unavailable".
This is their way of preventing spam, but they trap genuine emails too that you never get to see.
You must please add info@dragoncastle.net to your "friends" "allowed" "white" or whatever folder.
We delete accounts that bounce our emails as 'undeliverable'.
